“Vision 20/20 is a thank you letter to the staff. I’ve always appreciated what they do. This project gave me an opportunity to work with them in a collaborative and fun way. They have such wonderful ways of seeing!”
What is the Vision 2020 Project?
We established Vision 2020 and the KCC Photo League to show the pride, joy, creativity, and hard work that staff does day-in-and-out for the kids and families at Kennedy Children’s Center. The images give the viewer a chance to come into their space, share in these moments, and reflect on the agency’s importance.
The 10 volunteers on the Photo League took on what was a simple goal: celebrate a year at KCC and share their unique perspectives with the world.
Then: the world shut down.
Join us on June 17th to see what our 2020 looks like now, and how our staff have continued the life-changing work of providing special education services to children and families.
(Hint: It takes a lot of creativity and a whole lot of moxy!)
Featuring beautiful images of our community, taken by our staff and families, Vision 2020 will be a night to remember!
100% of the proceeds from the Vision 2020 event will support our Saturday Play Program.
