Policy:

Kennedy Children's Center (KCC) is committed to compensating our employees who experience temporary illness, accidents, or disabilities. We offer benefits in accordance with the provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to ensure fair compensation during these times.

Procedure: 

Employees must submit FMLA leave requests to Human Resources at least thirty (30) days before your intended leave start date, if foreseeable. Human Resources will provide necessary paperwork, including provider certification forms. Once completed, Human Resources will notify you in writing if your leave has been approved or denied.
