Our Second Annual Wellness Day is our largest staff appreciation event of the year, bringing together the passionate educators and staff who make our mission possible—including teachers, teacher assistants, paraprofessionals, therapists, administrators, and support staff—from all three KCC schools for an afternoon of wellness activities, community resources, food, games, and opportunities to relax, recharge, and celebrate.

We believe in creating a workplace where our staff feels appreciated, supported, and seen. As part of our year-round commitment to staff wellness, KCC hosts Wellness Wednesdays twice a month, bringing employees together through activities like mindfulness, Zumba, bingo, and more to recharge, connect, and build community.
